Conference Scholarship Application

We would like to partner with those who have found themselves unable to meet the full costs of a conference ticket. It is our desire to first be a blessing to those attending Lakeside, then to those outside of Lakeside. Full and partial scholarships are available. Scholarships are given on a case-by-case basis, so please be as thorough as possible. Filling out this form in its entirety pre-conference is the only way to apply for a scholarship. We will contact you upon approval of your scholarship. This form is anonymous and your information will not be shared with anyone.
